Giving back is a pillar of our agency’s culture. That’s why our Referral Program includes community giving: Cincinnatus Gives Back! We’ve also added some fun for our clients. Every time a client sends us a referral, they’re entered in a quarterly raffle for a $100 gift card of their choice.
How Our Referral Program Started
There is no better compliment from our clients than when they refer a friend or family to our agency. We wanted to take it a step further in honor of our namesake, Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus. He was a model of civic virtue and serving the greater good. Read more about him here! That’s why we added a community giving portion to our program: with each referral, we donate $10 to a local charity.
How Cincinnatus Gives Back Works
Every quarter we select a new charity that benefits from our clients’ referrals. We are honored to donate to a local charity in Greater Cincinnati every quarter. Breaking out the big check and visiting local non-profits is one of our favorite parts of the job! We’ve donated to charities such as:
- National Kidney Foundation – Cincinnati
- Cancer Family Care
- Boys and Girls Club – Cincinnati
- Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence
How Our Referral Program Benefits Clients
When clients refer someone to us, it’s truly a win-win-win. They look like a hero, their friend or family member is taken care of, and we grow our business. We also enter clients into a raffle for a $100 gift card. It’s just icing on the cake.
